About the The Longest Day Golf Tournament - Pryor Creek

The Alzheimer’s Association Montana Chapter and Volunteers are hosting the third annual Longest Day Golf Tournament to bring together our communities, businesses and individuals to enjoy a day of friendly competition while raising funds for a critical cause.

Throughout Montana, there are currently 21,000 diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia and there are 17,000 individuals providing care equating to $478 million of unpaid care. The cost of caring for those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias is estimated to total $360 billion in 2024.

The funds raised from the Longest Day Golf Tournament will help provide education, resources and 24/7 helpline, staffed with master-level clinicians and social workers, at no charge to all of those in Montana. Funds will also go towards advancing scientific research to better understand Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, early detection, diagnosis, treatments, and ultimately finding a cure.

The Longest Day Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Elmer Link Private Course at Pryor Creek Golf Club. Shotgun start will be at 9:00am. Lunch and breakfast will be provided.
